With its 100% brushed stainless steel housing, the KG-12-FS Meat Grinder offers unparalleled ease of cleaning and cleaning. All food contact parts are easily accessible and removed without tools for easy cleaning. The body and doll are designed without sharp corners or seams for added safety. This grinder features an extra-large, high-quality stainless steel bowl (2.5” x 13” x 21”) that is easy to clean, stands up to years of heavy use, and saves you time while preventing spoilage by reducing product waste in transit.

In addition to being a very reliable meat grinder, the Pro-Cut KG-12-FS can also be converted into a food processor by selecting different grinding discs to help you prepare dips, beans, jams, jellies, chutney, pear jam and help mash croissants. There are 12 different grinding wheels that can be purchased separately. Can also be used as a sausage maker when used with sausage casings and casings (sold separately). Its large mouth allows for easy feeding and avoids accidents. For safety reasons, the pedals provided should always be used.

The robust oil-immersed steel gearbox without belts or pulleys ensures a long service life with minimal noise and low maintenance. Its 3/4 HP motor delivers fast, reliable and consistent results every time. It can handle up to 7.28 lb/min (436 lb/hr) of compatible 3/16" first floor board. Anything you put in the machine comes out clean and retains its natural color and flavor without worrying about mixing and matching products.

The meat grinder operates on 110V at 60Hz, so you can plug it into any standard household socket right out of the box. Also includes a 3/16" board, filing, and sharpener. The KG-12-FS is ETL listed in NSF-8, UL std 763, and CAN/CSA std C22.2. One year warranty on parts and labor.
