Useful Tips
When preparing venison burgers, add at least 10% fat to the meat. This will add moisture to the burger without making it greasy.
- It is not recommended to use fat because the burger will be fully cooked before the fat melts, leaving the fat particles behind.
- When making sausages, add at least 20% fat to the meat and grind it like a burger. After the meat is minced, the spices are mixed with the meat and the mixture is ground again.
