Honor 80 GT with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 officially announced


Honor today announced the Honor 80 GT, which comes with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, a 54MP main sensor, and starts at $475.

The Honor 80 GT uses a 6.67-inch OLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, 10-bit color depth, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, 1400 nits brightness, and 120Hz refresh rate.

The phone also comes with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor chip, 12 or 16 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage.

For the rear camera setup, the Honor 80 GT sports a 54MP Sony IMX800 main sensor and f/1.9 aperture. The camera setup also includes an 8-megapixel wide sensor and an f/2.2-pixel lens.

The device also features a 16-megapixel front camera and f / 2.4 lens slot, and the 80 GT also supports a 4800 mAh battery and 66W fast charging technology compatible with Android 12, and the Magic UI 7.0 interface works.

Honor is also equipped with a mobile phone cooling system. The cooling system area is 4386mm2 to improve the cooling effect, and it uses 1415 copper wire and 74mm graphene plate.

The Honor 80 GT is priced at $475 for the 12GB RAM model, while the higher end model with 16GB RAM is $520.
