Taylor Cooking Probe Digital Thermometer/Timer provides excellent results for professional and home cooks alike. The digital meat thermometer accurately measures temperatures from 32 to 392 degrees Fahrenheit. Durable stainless steel probe with 4-foot silicone wire makes it easy to monitor food without removing it from the oven. Other features include automatic time and temperature alerts so you can estimate how much time is left before eating. The cooking thermometer also has a display menu that can be used on a work surface or a magnet attached to the oven door. Two AAA batteries are included. Turning on the oven to check the temperature of food means wasted cook time and lost oven temperature and humidity—not to mention face fog. This thermometer avoids these problems. Insert a 6-inch stainless steel probe into roast beef or turkey and monitor the time and temperature (32 to 392 degrees Fahrenheit) on the thermometer's large digital display, which connects to the probe with a 4-foot cable. The control panel sets the cooking time and temperature and beeps when both are reached. The thermometer/timer is fully open 5" tall but folds flat for easy storage.
