Care:
Make sure the sharpener is unplugged from the electrical outlet before cleaning it. The exterior of the Edgekeeper Electric Knife Sharper can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Never use abrasive cleaners on any part of the Edgekeeper electric knife sharpener and never immerse the sharpener in water or any other liquid.
To remove metal shavings:
Periodically, to remove excess filler metal accumulated by the magnet, open the access door on the bottom of the sharpener and wipe with a damp cloth.
