The 3-liter stainless steel bowl is lined with a non-stick coating to prevent hot food from sticking and the holder, bowl, ring and temperature probe are easy to assemble and disassemble. A combination of finishes - brushed polishing on the bowl and rings, and mirrored finishes on the stand and knobs - give the device a modern feel. The heat here works well - the oil takes 10 to 15 minutes to reach 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Even better, you can change the temperature settings simply by rotating a dial to adjust different components or over time. To clean, put everything in the dishwasher (remove the temperature sensor and cable, of course). A set of eight color-coded fondue forks is also included. When fully assembled, the fondue set is 6-1/4 inches long; When open, the pot is 8-1/4 inches in diameter.
