Transform the traditional 20-degree factory edge of European and American household knives into a powerful 15-degree Trizor edge with this professional electric knife sharpener. Quickly sharpen all types and types of knives, including straight, serrated, modern double-edged knives or traditional single-edged Asian knives. The Grade 3 unit combines ultra-sharp 15-degree edge technology with the strength and durability of a Trizor curved edge, which has greater cut resistance than hollow or V-shaped edges. Simply pull the blade through the slot to lock in that desired sharpness achievement - machine accepts more blades Thicker, thinner, and automatically adjusts to the correct angle via a flexible spring guide. The first stage uses a tapered wheel with a diamond abrasive that creates very fine grooves and a large first bevel with curved edges. The second stage applies a finer abrasive on the conical wheel to create a second, smaller bevel with fine grooves. Stage 3 uses a patented flexible and robust cutting wheel to create microscopically smooth, sharp edges with minimal metal removal, helping to extend the life of precision knives. Additionally, when milling the fine grooves created in the first two steps, it creates a third and final bevel. Step Three can also be used to straighten and sharpen each tooth of a serrated knife. Use three steps in different combinations to create custom edges. Other features include an easy front-access on/off switch, four stability feet for safe operation, and durable construction for long-lasting performance. The sharpening device is assembled in the USA and measures 6-1/5" x 12" x 6-2/5" and comes with a three-year limited warranty.
