ViewSonic Elite XG341C-2K gaming monitor launched with 1400 nits brightness and 200Hz refresh rate
After launching the VX2405-P-MHD gaming monitor in India earlier this month, ViewSonic has now launched a new gaming monitor called ViewSonic Elite XG341C-2K in the global market.
It's a 34-inch VA monitor with 1500R curvature and an ultra-wide screen resolution of 3440 x 1440 pixels. The screen has an aspect ratio of 21:9, a refresh rate of up to 200Hz and a response time of 1ms (MPRT).
A special feature of this monitor is the mini LED backlight with 1152 local dimming zones. The monitor is VESA DisplayHDR 1400 certified, which sees a peak brightness of 1,400 nits when viewing HDR content or 720 nits when viewing SDR content.
In addition, the monitor features AMD FreeSync Premium Pro technology to prevent image tearing at high frame rates and offers 97% DCI-P3 color space coverage and 99% NTSC color space coverage.
ViewSonic has introduced two HDMI 2.1 ports to the Elite XG341C-2K, along with a DisplayPort and a USB Type-C port. There is also a USB Type-A hub that supports the USB 3.2 standard.
The monitor has built-in 5W stereo speakers, and a height-adjustable stand is also included.
