Compact and powerful, the Extech EX810 1000A AC Ac Meter with Infrared Thermometer offers the versatility of a multi-device in a convenient device. The EX810 measures AC/DC voltage, resistance, diode, continuity, frequency, and capacitance. It also includes a built-in non-contact infrared thermometer that allows you to detect invisible hot spots. The large backlit display is easy to read, while the ergonomically designed body allows for easy one-handed operation.
Multifunctional measuring device in one easy to use device
The Extech EX810 offers multiple features so field service technicians can carry one meter instead of several. The device measures AC current, AC/DC voltage, frequency, resistance, capacitance, diode and continuity. 1-7/10" wide bore round jaws accommodate riders up to 750 MCM or two 500 MCM. The EX810 also provides data for minimum/maximum and current altitude, as well as maximum altitude while starting the engine. The data is in "frozen" There is also automatic jamming with manual override.
