The Escali DH7 is a very useful home or outdoor kitchen gadget with dual thermometer function. In infrared (infrared) mode, the DH7 can read the surface temperature, while in the scan mode it can read the internal temperature. The infrared mode is great for checking the temperature of the surface of the grill, pizza stone, or the food you're cooking, while the probe mode lets you check the internal temperature of your food to make sure it delivers a safe temperature. DH7's foldable design allows the probe to be folded into the thermometer body, saving space and simplifying storage. The DH7 features a large backlit digital display that is easy to read in all lighting conditions.
