| Redmi A70 Smart TV officially announced at $306 |
Xiaomi today launched a new smart TV, the Redmi A70, with a 70-inch screen and 4K resolution, priced at $306.
The Redmi Smart TV A70 has a screen diagonal of 70 inches and a display resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels. The screen occupies 96% of the device's frame. It also supports DCI-P3 76% color gamut and produces up to 1 billion colors. Supports 60Hz refresh rate and backlit wallpapers.
The Redmi Smart TV A70 is equipped with a processor with 4 A35 cores, 1.5 GB of RAM and 8 GB of flash memory.
The device also supports 2.4G Wi-Fi and also features dual 10W speakers for a crystal clear audio experience. The A70 has two USB ports, two HDMI ports, an antenna with S/PDIF, an AV input, and an internet connection.
The device also supports the control of smart home devices, pre-installed photo viewing and content streaming services, supports connecting to Android and iOS phone screens, and connecting with Windows and Mac devices.
The Redmi A70 Smart TV is scheduled to go on sale in the Chinese market on October 31, with a price tag of $306.
