Motorola has started work on the Moto X40, the company's first product with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip.
Motorola has described the Moto Edge X30 as the first version to use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip, and new leaks indicate that Motorola will be the first to launch a phone with the new Qualcomm chip this year that it brings to the market.
The new details came from the general manager of Lenovo "Chen Jin", who confirmed that the company is planning to launch the Moto X40 phone soon.
On the other hand, the leaks indicate that the Moto X40 phone will be officially launched before the end of this year and the phone has been spotted in the 3C listing with model number XT2301-5.
The news also confirmed that the phone has the ability to connect to 5G networks and also supports 68W fast charging technology, Global Pro Market.
It is reported that the current leaks show that the Moto X40 will come with an OLED screen with a refresh rate of 165 Hz, powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, and also comes with 8 GB or 12 GB RAM.
