Acer launches Acer Swift Edge with the world's lightest OLED display and design |
Acer has announced the Acer Swift Edge PC, which has the lightest design of any OLED display device.
The Swift Edge has a 16-inch OLED screen, the device is designed to support user productivity and perform more tasks, the screen is 4K screen resolution, the screen occupies 92% of the device body and supports 500 nits brightness, the screen supports 100% DCI-P3 color gamut.
The screen also adopts some standards such as "VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500" and the TÃœV Rheinland standard, which confirms that the blue light emitted by the screen is low.
The Acer Swift Edge is also made of aluminum and is 20% lighter at 1.16kg and twice as strong as conventional aluminum.
The Swift Edge also includes a backlit keyboard and FHD webcam, and the device is also equipped with a fingerprint sensor.
This version supports AMD Ryzen PRO and Ryzen 6000 series processors with AMD Radeon graphics and LPDDR5 storage with 32GB of RAM and 1TB SSD storage.
On the security level, the device is equipped with the Microsoft Pluto chip to combat virus attacks, and on the connectivity level, the Acer Swift Edge is equipped with two USB-C ports, two USB-A ports, an HDMI 2.1 port, and a headphone. Jack and support for WiFi-6E, Bluetooth and Acer Swift Edge are available from the company's official website starting at $1,499.
