The Apera Instruments SX811-BS Meat pH Meter is an ideal combination of the latest digital processing technology, software design and electrochemical sensing technology designed to measure the pH of meat, meat products, fish and beef. Swiss LabSen electrodes feature a durable, food-grade stainless steel body, solid electrolyte, and long-life reference electrode, making the probe less susceptible to contamination and maintenance-free.
The meter has a pH accuracy of ±0.01 above the pH range of -2.00 to 19.99, has automatic temperature compensation from 0 to 100 °C (ATC), automatic calibration of up to 12 buffer solutions can be performed and supports stable detection/automatic display modes. Digital hardware filter technology improves response time and accuracy.
Intelligent Functions: Intelligent self-diagnostics such as over range, calibration error, electrode failure warning, etc. Other functions include calibration reminders, checking calibration history, and adjusting parameters easily. Data processing: GLP standard data management, 500 groups of data storage, manual / automatic synchronization storage, USB charging and data output, data shutdown protection.
Reliable case design: large white backlit LCD display, foldable stand so it functions like a bench scale, soft silicone cover for good grip, protective conductive cover, IP57 water resistance, rechargeable battery and/or USB power supply.
