MSI launched Prestige 16 devices with a lightweight design and Intel Alder Lake-P processors.
MSI has launched two versions of the unique Prestige Series with a lightweight design for the enterprise area.
The new Prestige devices feature 16-inch screens, including the Intel-powered Prestige 16 and Prestige 16 EVO, both versions support Intel Alder Lake P-series processors and feature a sleek, modern silver design.
The devices are also equipped with a cooling system that includes two fans, and the patented silent design does not exceed 35 dB.
The Prestige 16 also has a small LED display that supports DisplayHDR 1000, a display resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels, an aspect ratio of 16:10, a refresh rate of 165 Hz, and 100% color support DCI-P3, while the EVO version supports an FHD display + Image quality, comes with HDR standard, 100% sRGB color support.
Graphics specs also differ between the two versions, with the EVO version featuring integrated Iris Xe graphics, while the latest version features an Nvidia RTX 3050 Ti discrete graphics card with 4GB of VRAM in GDDR6 memory.
Both versions support an i7-1280P CPU chip, 32GB of RAM in LPDDR5 storage and NVMe PCIe 4.0 storage built into 4 M.2 SSDs.
For connectivity, MSI equips the device with two Thunderbolt 4 ports with DP and Charge modes, two USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 ports, an HDMI video output, an audio combo jack, and a microSD card reader.
The hardware also features a fingerprint sensor, light sensor, FHD webcam, AI noise cancellation via the matrix microphone, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2 and backlit keyboard with 82W battery, it weighs 1.9kg and is 16.85mm thick.
