Garmin today officially announced the Garmin Enduro 2 smartwatch, which is 46 days old and costs about $1,100.
The Garmin Enduro 2 smartwatch is designed to support sports activities that require more resistance in a smartwatch, such as hiking or fishing. The watch features a titanium design with a touch screen backed by a Power Sapphire crystal, along with a nylon strap.
Users can extend the GPS charging time to 150 hours by supporting solar charging and SatIQ, and in smartwatch mode, the watch's charging time can be up to 46 days.
Garmin Enduro 2 comes preloaded with a TopoActive map, as well as other technologies such as NextFork, a visual game prediction technology that allows athletes to adapt quickly as they play and record break times as they play.
These features are also accompanied by common features in smart watches that support user health tracking, including heart rate sensor, blood oxygen sensor, user sleep status tracking, the watch supports accident detection and awareness, and music storage.
The Garmin Enduro 2 smartwatch also features an LED light on the front of the watch design and is available for $1,100 on the Garmin website.
