Quick to use and useful tips
- Keep your feet in the same position each time you weigh yourself. Stay calm while measuring.
- Weigh yourself as naked as possible. Garment weight may vary.
- Move the ladder to a place where collisions will not occur. Inaccurate readings can occur if your scale fluctuates during activation or use.
- To get the most consistent readings, weigh yourself at the same time of day. Weight fluctuations caused by foods or drinks in the system are allowed.

- The scale is powered by three "AAA" batteries supplied. Refer to the "Battery Installation" section of this manual for installation instructions.
- Your scale is factory-set to display weight in pounds (lbs). You can select kilograms (kg) or stones (lbs st) by pressing the kb-lb-st button below the scale.
- Place the scale on a hard, flat surface. Carpet and/or uneven floors can affect accuracy.
- Step on the scale (ignore the show) and step down. This process ensures that the scale is set up and ready for use. Do this every time you move the scale.
- Enter the scale platform. Weight flashes when locked.
- Your weight is now displayed. The scale stops automatically

Why is my scale not accurate?
