Router Mode
The VAR11N-300 is in router mode by default. If there is only broadband in the house, use a network cable to connect the broadband interface directly to the WAN port of the VAR11N-300 (not the cable that comes with the VAR11N-300), other devices can be connected to the VAR11N-300 Wi-Fi wireless / wired connection for the Internet.
Router Mode
The VAR11N-300 is in router mode by default. If there is only one optical modem in the house, connect the broadband interface directly to the WAN port of the VAR11N-300 using a network cable (not the one that comes with the VAR11N-300), and other devices can be connected to the VAR11N-300 for wireless Wi-Fi browsing/ wired.
Bridge mode or repeater
Bridge/Relay mode can extend existing network, extend network easily, convert WiFi to WiFi or RJ45. VAR11N-300 switches to router mode by default, switches to bridge mode, then connects WiFi router from source to easily establish WiFi connection.
