| Microsoft failed to bring Android 11 to the Surface Duo |
Microsoft missed its goal of bringing Android 11 to the Surface Duo by the end of 2021.
Android 11 update contains several fixes and improvements that make Surface Duo comparable to Surface Duo 2 in terms of stability and functionality.

If the Surface Duo is a Samsung, Google, or Apple product, these companies can do their best to fix the product within the first few months of its release.

If Microsoft doesn't take the Surface Duo more seriously, this could be the only reason this product failed.
