Tesla announces the electric Cyberquad for kids |
Tesla launched a $1900 Cyberquad all-terrain vehicle for kids. The car can now be ordered on the company's website and will be dispatched within two to four weeks.
More than two years after Tesla announced the release of a full-size Cyberquad SUV for its upcoming Cybertruck sequel, that surprising news has slipped away. However, the full-size e-truck and cyber quad were not delivered, however.
The Cyber-Quad was first released when Cyber-Truck was launched in 2019. It is described as being suitable for internet trucks and can be charged with electronic truck batteries.
The company has developed a new electronic mini-team for children aged 8 years and above. For kids with their parents, they can buy an all-terrain SUV for $1900.
It has a steel frame, padded seats and adjustable suspension with rear disc brakes. There are also LED light strips that complement the cyberpunk aesthetic.
This all-electric vehicle has a speed of 16 kilometers per hour and the battery can travel 25 kilometers.
There are three speed levels: 8 km/h, 16 km/h and 8 km/h in reverse.
Tesla will start shipping in December
Don't expect blazing speeds when charging the Cyber-Quad as Tesla says it takes up to five hours to fully charge the battery.
Battery life is affected by user weight, driving terrain, and speed settings. This car is not, and the company's instructions show at least 18 different parts.
After the trip, Franz von Holzhausen, the company's chief designer, shared a video of him driving the Cyberquad with his children.
The Cyber Quad measures 47 x 26 x 27 inches and weighs 55 kg. The Cyber-Quad is currently shipped to the United States.
Meanwhile, the actual Cybertruck inspired by it has been pushed back to late 2022, and it's unclear if the full-size Cyberquad will be released after that, though Elon Musk has hinted in the past that it "might be compatible." . With all electricity the truck will be charged together.
