The Shark ION robot is equipped with a triple brush system that combines side brushes, groove brushes and multi-purpose brushes to remove dirt from all surfaces, corners and edges. Use the SharkClean app or voice control with Alexa or Google Assistant to start cleaning wherever you are. WiFi Troubleshooting: The Shark ION robot uses a three-brush system design that combines side brushes, grooved brushes and multi-sided brushes that can handle dirt on all surfaces, corners and edges. WiFi Troubleshooting: Before trying to connect to the robot, make sure your phone is connected to your home WiFi network. A typical home Wi-Fi network supports 2.4GHz and 5GHz. When entering your username and password, make sure you are connected to the 2.4GHz network. Make sure your bot is turned on and that you hear the voice prompt. Do not use a VPN or proxy server. Make sure WiFi isolation is disabled on the router. Shark bot may lose connection during operation due to weak WiFi signal or entering a restricted WiFi area. Press the switch on the side of the robot to turn off the power (O). - Wait for 10 seconds, then turn on the device again and wait for the voice prompt. Turn the phone off, wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on again. Open the Wi-Fi settings on your phone, search for Shark and select Forget Network. Open the SharkClean app again and try to connect again. If the robot goes under the cabinet or exits the router, it will temporarily lose its connection, which is normal. The Shark Bot will automatically reconnect to your Wi-Fi network, if for any reason the bot cannot reconnect on its own, remove the device from the docking station. Turn the robot off, wait 10 seconds, turn it back on, and then put it back in the docking station.
