Visit Lacrosse Technology to learn more about other sensors. Troubleshooting steps: Plug the power cord into the electrical outlet, and then into the machine. Remove the insulating film from the CR2032 battery installed on the underside of the weather station to retain the time/date in the event of a power outage. Installation: 1. Place the device near the electrical outlet. Power cord required for operation. 2. Use the mounting holes on the back to mount your workstation to the wall. 3. Use the flip-up stand on the back of the workstation to place it on your desk or bedside table. 4. Your location must remain within the correct Wi-Fi range of your wireless router in order to take advantage of all of La Crosse's WIND SPEED remote monitoring options. Quick Installation Instructions Make sure the sensor is mounted vertically - an open surface is ideal. • The anemometer should be the tallest object in the area to avoid wind speed measurements. It is best to lay the waterproof layer flat on the ground. The contacts of the water sensor must not come into contact with other metals. It detects water at 0.031 inches (0.787 mm). If installed vertically, the volume of water must be at least 0.25 inch (6.35 mm) for the alarm to go off. THERMO-HYGRO avoids direct sunlight and ensures good ventilation of the complex. • We recommend installing it on the north wall under eaves or patio for best results.
