Available for free from the Apple App Store and Google Play. Ready-to-use Wink products incorporate Wink technology and can be directly connected to Wink applications without using a Wink HUB. Wink App compatible products require Wink HUB to connect to Wink App. Wink HUB allows them to use the same wireless language so you can easily control them and customize their interaction through the Wink app. There are no monthly fees or contracts. Get help from people at any time. Download the Wink app and connect to HUB. Wink is available for free from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Wink HUB connects in a few minutes. Curtains, lights, locks and more from around the world! The Wink Hub will not automatically reconnect because you have changed the credentials that the Hub currently knows. To update these credentials, launch the Wink Hub loop by logging out and logging in again. Wait for it to flash purple (this may take a few minutes). Then go to the Wi-Fi settings menu of the Wink app under Wink Hub settings. Enter your new Wi-Fi credentials, click Update, and the Wink Hub should connect to your newly updated network! Why can't my hub be connected to Android phones (especially Samsung Galaxy) through my Android device? There is a default setting that forces the phone to switch between WiFi and cellular data depending on the strongest connection. Disabling mobile data will allow the phone to pair with the hub successfully. A monthly subscription of $4.99 is required as of May 20, 2020.
