Q1: Can I use any USB-C to C cable or PD charger?
A1: For fast and stable charging, we recommend using a USB-C-to-C charging cable and a PD adapter. For fast charging, you must use a fast charging compatible data cable and power adapter.
Q2: Does this apply to other PD chargers?
A2: We have included a 20W PD charging adapter. If you want to use other adapters, please use 18W + PD or QC chargers for best results.
Q3: Can I charge the phone without connecting the charger?
A3: No. The wireless charger does not have an energy storage function and can only be charged when the charger is connected to a power source. It can also be used as a portable stand after removing it.
