Apple introduces Beats Fit Pro . headphones |
Apple has announced its latest wireless Beats headphones, the Beats Fit Pro, for $199.99.
After launching Studio Buds earlier this year, the brand has released its premium wireless Beats Fit Pro headphones.
The new products have been added to Apple's lineup of private labels with the goal of bridging the gap between Studio Buds and Powerbeats/Powerbeats Pro, which were released earlier this year.
The Fit Pros have active noise cancellation, IPX4 resistance to water and sweat, and up to 7 hours of continuous playback (or 30 hours of total listening time with the included charging case).
The most notable feature of the new earbuds is the wing tip, which is an integral part of their design. The Beats said they did a lot of research and user testing to find the right material and flexibility.
No matter how hard your daily workout is, the wingtips can hold the Fit Pro firmly in your ears.
Unlike Studio Buds, which don't have an Apple chip, Fit Pro includes an H1 chip so it has a whole bunch of features, such as:
It also includes dynamic head tracking for spatial audio. Beats has integrated a new skin-detection sensor that debuted on the third generation of AirPods.
It's unusual to see two new Beats products in a year
The noise reduction system is similar to the AirPods Pro noise reduction system. So it must be efficient enough to dampen outside noise.
With ANC mode and transparency turned off, Fit Pro will continue to use the Apple Adaptive Equalizer to improve audio performance based on your specific ear shape.
Beats offers Fit Pro headphones in four colors: black, white, gray and purple. Pre-order starts today. It was delivered on the 5th of November.
