The LiftMaster 889LM MyQ NOVASAT-0331-1239-3 Control Panel allows your customers to monitor, open and close garage doors and control the lighting of their homes from anywhere... via smartphones, tablets, or computer... 828LM Internet Gateway. Connectivity MyQ technology allows your customers to securely monitor and control garage door openings and home lighting via smartphones, tablets or computers. Alarms can be received in the form of emails or pop-up (push) notifications on customers' mobile devices, so that they are always informed of the status of the garage door and lighting in the house. The MyQ Mobile app is free to download and there is no annual activation fee required. Performance allows your customers to use their smartphone or computer (when paired with the LiftMaster 828LM Internet Gateway) to control garage door openings and home lighting. Turn the garage door light on/off. You can easily program the MyQ remote control and accessories directly from the control panel. The safety timer close function allows the door to close automatically after a predetermined number of minutes. When motion is detected, the motion sensor will automatically turn on the garage door opener light. With an adjustable light timer, your customers can set how long the light should turn on after the garage door is closed or opened. If you use MyQ technology or deactivate the timer, the Alert-2-Close alert system gives audible and visual warnings when the garage door is about to close. Compatible with LiftMaster Security+ garage door openers manufactured since 1998. Pay attention to the purple "learning button" and the boundary wire or the orange/red "learning button" and the boundary gray wire.
