The company introduced Windows 11 worldwide on October 5th, and is now releasing it for new Windows 10 devices and those pre-installed with Windows 11 through Windows Update.

Microsoft continues to roll out Windows 11
As reported earlier this week, Microsoft has started to force the use of update KB5005463 to install PC Health Check on Windows 10 devices.
The company said that customers who do not wish to have their computers validated through the system can use the Settings app to uninstall it.
The company has not provided a list of devices that now offer upgrades to Windows 11. However, if the device meets the minimum requirements, you can get the update from Windows Update.
If you still don't see the prompt and want to skip the line, the company has an easy way to upgrade early. This is done by creating a bootable USB drive or DVD containing the ISO disk image of Windows 11.
There are also ways to install Windows 11 using unsupported processors. But Microsoft does not recommend it. You may not receive any other security updates in the future.
