Samsung adds foldable features to its older phones |
As part of the One UI 3.1.1 update, Samsung's new Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 have added a number of new smart features to foldable phones. However, if you own a Fold 2, Z Flip, or even the original Galaxy Fold, you can still get new features without having to buy a new phone.

Rotate all apps: One of the biggest advantages of the unique shape of the foldable smartphone is the detailed experience it provides to users whether they are viewing apps in portrait or landscape mode.
And use the rotate function for all new apps. Your app will seamlessly switch to the correct user experience to match the vertical or horizontal aspect ratio. After this function is activated in laboratories, stationary applications can even be rotated vertically by 90 degrees.

Split app view: When used with Messages, this feature shows the message list on the left side of the screen and the selected conversation on the right so you can get more information at a glance. You can click the button at the top of the conversation to expand it in full screen mode.
