Apple HomeKit provides an easy and secure way to check the lock status and lock/unlock the door. With Apple HomeKit functionality, August Smart Lock has it all.

- Connect your August smart lock to Alexa to lock, unlock and check the lock status. Alexa can also provide notifications when the battery is empty so you can proactively replace the battery. Set up a smart reset by refreshing your dashboard to make sure you always have a battery backup when you need it.
