Behind Apple, which was founded in 1976, with a market capitalization of $612 billion, and Google ranked third with a valuation of $458 billion.
Tencent, the largest social media and video game company in China and the No. 1 brand in China, ranks fifth in the world, and Alibaba ranks seventh.

Tesla was founded in 2003 and has always been the fastest growing brand. It became the most valuable automotive brand, increasing its value by 275% year-over-year to $42.6 billion.
The best Chinese brands have consolidated their leadership position among the top brands in Europe.
Amazon insists on its position:
China accounts for 14% of the top 100 brands, up from 11% a decade ago. European brands made up 8%, down from 20% a decade ago.
The top European brand is French Louis Vuitton, who ranked 21, followed by German software group SAP, which ranked 26. The only UK brand on the list is Vodafone, ranked 60.
American brands dominate. American brands have grown faster over the past year. US brands account for 74% of the top 100 companies.
