Compatibility
Curling
All Windows versions from XP and later support USB Video Class (UVC). This includes Windows 10, 8.x, 7, Vista, and XP. The associated software is available on our website for better control of the device, or other video recording software can be used.
macOS and OS X.
Mac computers with OS 10.4.2 and later support UVC (USB Video Class) devices. Associated software is available on our website for better control of the device, or you can use any video recording software including Photo Booth (with restrictions).
Linux
Linux distributions with kernel 2.6.26 and later versions offer built-in support for UVC (USB Video Class) hardware. It can be played on Raspberry Pi with Raspbian Jessie. We recommend Cheese or GTK + UVC Viewer.
Chrome and Android
It can be used on any Chrome OS device with a built-in camera app. Many newer Android devices support microscopes via OTG cables and display apps. Some Android devices may not function properly and device manufacturers must support external cameras.
IOS
IOS devices (iPhone and iPad) are not compatible with external cameras.
