Instagram launches Reels Remix which is similar to TikTok Duet |
Instagram has officially launched a new feature called Remix that allows you to save Reels 'videos and other users' videos.
This option is similar to TikTok's current Duets feature, which also allows users to interact with others' video content while creating their own video content.
New Instagram posts have already been publicly tested, so some Instagram users may have access to them.
Reels emulates Tik Tok in a number of ways and now has another feature of the popular video app so that users can now use Remix Reels on Instagram. This means that they can download videos with another user based on the original clip.
The Instagram remix project appeared recently and Snapchat is developing its own remixing feature.
The TikTok binaries are an important part of making the app look like a social network and not just a passive video experience.
Users can use the duos for singing, dancing, joking, or playing with other users' videos, for example cooking other people's recipes, recording interactive videos, or just watching videos of young content producers to enhance the effect.
TikTok competitors like Instagram Reels, Snapchat Spotlight, or YouTube Short have started short video trials with no broad sharing or editing functions like TikTok, so that their apps look like imitators.
Reels Remix is the first step in changing this perception by giving users at least one main option to share and collaborate with creative peers.
This function is only available for newly loaded reels. So if you want to use it with old Reels videos, you will need to download them again or go back to your old Reels videos and enable Remix.
The Reels Remix video will appear along with any other reels that you have saved in the Roles tab of your Instagram account. Use the Instagram activity tab to track who has reused your content.
According to Instagram, this feature will be available starting today and will be enabled by default in all new Reels videos posted by public accounts.
The roles launched last August, and after a few months Instagram added more features, such as: B. Tik Tok, and no longer focused on recyclable content.
The company clearly appreciates the wide use of short video content as the company has added a scroll button to its home screen.
