Garmin announces the launch of the Venu 2 and Venu 2S smartwatches |
Garmin launched the Venu 2 and Venu 2S smart fitness watch, which have many different health features compared to the original Venu model.
Both models now provide sleep results supported by Firstbeat analysis to track light, deep and REM sleep as well as training steps, pulse and breathing.
Then you can get information on how to improve sleep quality directly from the watch. If you struggle to relax, they also offer structured breathing activities so you can focus and relax.
The new model introduces a new number of activities for high-intensity workouts through on-screen animation. Additionally, the following activities have been added: indoor climbing, climbing and hiking.
It also comes with a new advanced strength training account that has graphs showing the muscle groups I used.
Other new features include "Health Snapshots", which allow you to record and share important health stats, fitness age based on actual age, activity, resting heart rate, body fat, and other statistics.
The original Venu battery has a long life, but in smartwatch mode, the Venu 2 can be extended up to 11 days (8 hours in GPS + music) compared to 10 days and 7 days in the smallest hour. Come on 2s.
The new model still supports all-day health monitoring and offers smart notifications, contactless payments, music playlists for Spotify and other apps, and more.
