PowerPoint can improve your presentation skills |
Microsoft announced that the PowerPoint Presenter Coach feature (which you can use to practice presentations) is now available on all platforms.
The PowerPoint Presenter Coach feature was originally introduced in the web version of PowerPoint, and students and professionals have used it to gain confidence.
You can now use this feature anytime, anywhere, on the go, or at home on any platform including web, Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS.
Presenter Coach uses artificial intelligence to help everyone. Presentation skills are more important than ever. In this blended work and study environment in particular, there are more meetings and presentations than ever before.
As you practice your presentation aloud, Presenter Coach listens to your voice and analyzes your speech. It can notify you if you are speaking too quickly or too slowly, or if you use filler words, bad grammar, and sensitive phrases.
At the end of each exercise, Presenter Coach users receive a summary report highlighting important parts of the feedback in order to become better and more confident presenters.
In addition to enhancing Presenter Coach's usability, the company has also expanded the types of assessments this feature provides.
The company announced three new ways the feature can try to improve your presentation, including body language, language repetition, and pronunciation.
Body language: It is important to ensure that the audience has a clear view of their face and maintains the line of sight of the audience while maintaining a reasonable distance between you and the camera. This function plays the caption in the short movie. Report the extent to which your audience is seeing you. If you are too far or too close to the camera, make sure you are facing the camera.
Commonly Used Languages: Presenter Coach can help you identify commonly used words and phrases to avoid overuse. In addition to a list of these words and phrases, this feature also provides a list of synonyms that you can switch to.
Pronunciation: A trained presenter can advise you on the correct pronunciation of the words you said in the exercise. If the feature detects that you may have missed a word, it will display the word and give you a try to practice correct pronunciation. You can listen to the pronunciation guide of recorded words many times.
