Mercedes EQS includes a 55 inch screen

Mercedes showcased the interior of the upcoming EQS electric vehicle at the vehicle's user experience center, which is equipped with a large 55-inch screen.

EQS is an important car for Mercedes because it has the latest in electrical and autonomous technology. The new electric vehicle became Tesla's pioneer versus the Model S in luxury cars.

The German carmaker will release a production version of the EQS in a few weeks, but has now revealed the interior.

(Jordan Wagner) Jordan Wagner, chief design officer at Daimler Group, comments on this finding: With EQS, we have created a whole new generation of luxury cars. Based on our pursuit of sensual purity, we create desires by combining beautiful looks. The most attractive sculpture.

"Key features such as the unique arc design and fully integrated design give the EQS a sporty and futuristic look that distinguishes it from all the other vehicles we produce. This is why EQS is so exceptional."

In the center of the cabin, there is a large 141 cm screen that surrounds the entire dashboard.

This new screen called MBUX Hyperscreen is very important, so it was launched earlier this year. Now we can see it all over the indoor EQS.

Mercedes roughly describes the EQS as a creature with artificial intelligence-powered senses and organs. She said: Not only is the EQS a car that can appeal to all the senses, but it is also an exceptionally smart car.

Depending on the device, up to 350 different sensors are used as the sensory organs of the entire vehicle.

The sensor measures distance, speed, acceleration, lighting conditions, precipitation, temperature, seat occupancy, as well as the driver's eyelid movement or the front passenger's voice.

This information is processed by an algorithm controlled controller and decisions are made at lightning speed.

The new EQS can expand its functionality based on the new experiences as it can learn with the help of artificial intelligence.

The automaker has included some examples showing how and where AI can improve the customer experience:

  •     The optional driving sound is interactive and interacts with many different parameters (such as throttle position, speed, or ROI). Driving program selection also affects driving noise. Intelligent sound design algorithm can calculate Burmester's voice. Subwoofer is a real time audio system and it is produced by amplifier.
  •     A revitalization coach recommends using a relaxing revitalization plan, depending on the situation and the person, to stay calm, warm, strong, or happy. When you pair Garmin vívoactive 3 smartwatches, Garmin Venu smartwatches, or other Garmin wearables, personal values like horizontal stress or sleep quality increase the accuracy of the recommendations.
  •     MBUX proactively shows the user the right features at the right time and is constantly improving context awareness by changing the environment and user behavior. Zero shift provides users with dynamic and aggregate content from the entire MBUX system. Therefore, MBUX Interior Assistant can request a reading based on its procedure detection.

Mercedes also unveiled a new head-up display with a 77-inch field of view, and the German automaker has fitted electric cars with HEPA filters.

As part of the special equipment, the HEPA filter cleans the incoming outside air with a very high degree of filtration.

99.65% of particles of different sizes were removed and approximately 600 g of activated carbon was used to neutralize the odor.

The exterior design and specifications are expected to be fully revealed on April 15th, and the car will go to market later this year.
