Instagram integrates Reels' videos into its Facebook feed |
Facebook said: It is testing a feature on its Instagram platform that will allow some content producers in India to share short videos through their Facebook accounts.
Due to the continued popularity of short videos in India, Facebook continues to search for ways to share Instagram roles for multiple users on its platform.
In testing, some Indian users who made 30-second videos on Instagram could recommend them on Facebook and Facebook Watch.
Additionally, the social media giant said: It will have its own version of Reels' video features through its flagship app.
A Facebook spokesperson told Reuters: In India, we are testing the ability of Instagram content producers to recommend their Reels videos to Facebook.
She added: Creators can attract new audiences and people can create and discover more entertainment content.
Video Reels is the company's TikTok program, which allows users to record short videos suitable for mobile devices and add special effects and audio clips from the music library.
This feature started after India banned Tik Tok last June. The Chinese app had previously provided short videos to Indian users.
The success of TikTok has led many social media companies to add short video services to their platforms. Snapchat's Snapchat launched the Spotlight feature last November.
In the camera feature of this feature, you can see several creative editing tools on the right side of the screen. You can also add voices to Stream Reels and add songs from Facebook's music library.
You can also use the original audio before recording the clip or add the camera sound, or you can add the audio later after recording or download the clip.
