Xiaomi announces the global version of the Mi 11 phone |
Xiaomi today announced the international release of its flagship Mi 11 phone, which can compete with the Galaxy S21 series. As expected, the data sheet has hardly changed compared to the Chinese version.
The main change is that there is no 12/256 GB version and 55W GaN charger in the box, although Chinese users can still get a 65W GaN charger for free.
The Xiaomi Mi 11 is equipped with the Snapdragon 888. This makes it the first mobile phone to be launched with the latest high-end chip from Qualcomm. The processor uses an integrated 5G connection.
The phone is equipped with a 6.8-inch slightly curved OLED screen with a resolution of 3200 x 1440 pixels, a refresh rate of 120 Hz, a maximum brightness of 1500 nits, and Gorilla Glass Victus protection.
For photography, the triple rear camera consists of a 108-pixel main lens, a 7-pixel lens and an f / 1.9 lens slot, while the 13-pixel wide-angle camera has a 1: 1. 2.4 lens and a 123-degree viewing angle. And a 5-megapixel main lens with f / 2.4 lens.
In the small hole in the top left of the screen there is a 20-megapixel front camera and at the bottom of the screen there is a fingerprint scanner that can also be used as a heart rate sensor.
The battery has a capacity of 4600 mAh, and supports 55 watt wired charging, 50 watt wireless charging and 10 watt wireless charging.
The battery can be used with Quick Charge 4+, Quick Charge 3+, and Power Delivery 3.0 adapters. The company offers all European buyers a 55W GaN fast charger in a box at no additional cost.
The phone can use the MIUI 12 user interface based on Android 11, and the company has also indicated new color options that may appear soon.
Xiaomi did not provide a complete list of regions or release dates, but said that the price of the Mi 11 will be 749 euros for the 8/128 GB version and 799 euros for the month of September 11 (about 960 dollars). GB version .. version 8/256 GB.
