The second generation multi-function display series is a revolutionary step in the innovation of electronic fish searching and navigation technology. The plotter is preinstalled with Insight USA designs (inside and out) that can be used to represent not only land areas but also underwater structures. Additionally, the HDS module is now fully compatible with all Navionics mapping maps - Platinum +, Platinum and Platinum HotMaps - with satellite, aerial, and 3D renditions. Broadband equipment is the standard configuration for all HDS sonar models, allowing you to distinguish and display all underwater objects at greater speed and depth. Specify 83/200 kHz for inland waters and 50/200 kHz for marine waters. HDS GEN2 is a true network system that allows you to add multiple screens, radars and weather receivers via satellite. The package includes the HDS-8, an installer, and an instruction manual, plus a 2-year warranty on parts and labor.
