The Dell Monitor has buttons dedicated to Microsoft Teams |
Dell is preparing to release three new displays next month, each with a dedicated Microsoft Team button.
Since Microsoft started using monitors, web cameras, and headphones last year, Dell claims to have developed the world's first video conferencing display certified by the Microsoft team.
The new screens will be launched next month and everyone will have quick access to the Microsoft Teams platform.
The dedicated button for Microsoft Teams users lets you quickly launch the app for making and receiving video calls.
Cortana voice assistant and built-in microphone also support hands-free commands.
This is said to be the first time we've seen a Microsoft Teams button on the screen, but the headphone maker quickly added a button that supports Microsoft Communications.
Over the past year, as apps have grown in popularity, new and existing headphones have become more integrated into Microsoft Teams.
The Microsoft Teams button is the main surprise of these ads, and the Dell 3-way video conferencing screen contains some useful features designed for times when remote work and video calls are a must.
Each camera has a 5MP infrared pop-up camera that supports Windows Hello face recognition.
Dell also added a noise-canceling microphone and two built-in 5W speakers, as well as the built-in ComfortView Plus mode that can reduce blue light emissions without sacrificing color accuracy.
As more and more people are working at home, the monitor with all the built-in functions makes office work easier.
Dell plans to release the 24-inch C2422HE version with FHD resolution for $ 520, the 27-inch C2722DE version with QHD resolution for $ 720, and the 34-inch C3422WE curved version with WQHD resolution for $ 1,150. Three models will be on the market on February 16th.
