TRENDnet's Hot Swappable Fiber Optic Adapter chassis system with 16 slots provides space for up to 16 TFC Series Media Switches, RJ45 Fast Ethernet, RS-232, SNMP Management Module, Lifetime Protection, and TFC-1600
TRENDnet's TFC-1600 rack chassis system can provide up to 16 TFC series media converters. The chassis is designed for continuous operation and is equipped with two fans and redundant power supplies (optional). Thanks to the plug-and-play and hot-swap functions, the switch unit can be installed / removed without closing the case. The TFC-1600 rack housing excludes the external adapter from the TFC series media converter and integrates multiple adapters into one unit. This makes it an ideal solution for managing TFC series multi-switches.
