The TRENDnet TFC-1000MGA 100 / 1000BASE-T SFP Media Converter is a reliable plug and play optical fiber converter in compact form. This versatile optical fiber switch supports multi-mode (SX) and single-mode (LX) optical fiber standards with transmission distance of up to 80 kilometers.
Mini-GBIC and Gigabit Ethernet ports can automatically negotiate transmission speeds from 100 to 1000 Mbps. The diagnostic LED display on the front of the switch can transmit the machine's status. Use the internal reset switch to control auto negotiation (mandatory / auto negotiation) and reset lost connection (enable / disable). This durable metal switch can be installed as a standalone unit and is compatible with TRENDnet TFC-1600 16-slot expandable fiber optic adapter chassis system.
