OnePlus is dying to launch its first fitness tracker |
The OnePlus Twitter account in India is desperate for the company's first fitness tracker.
The company claims that the device (called the OnePlus Band) can help you achieve all of your fitness goals and make your life easier.
In a subsequent tweet, she also suggested that the device can track sleep, and OnePlus tweet included a link to a page from the Amazon store in India saying: Fitness tracker comes with a tracker so heart rate can be monitored in real time.
The attached image gives us a brief overview of the beautiful standard arm band which is very similar to other fitness trackers on the market.
It's interesting how OnePlus wants to distinguish its first wearable device, the OnePlus Band, from other similar options.
According to the leak, the OnePlus fitness tracker is equipped with a 1.1-inch AMOLED display and 24/7/365 heart rate monitoring.
Also, it is equipped with blood oxygen monitoring, sleep tracking, IP68 dust and water resistance, multiple exercise modes and a 14-day battery life. The price is around $ 35.
While the OnePlus trailer doesn't show the wearable very clearly, a leak last month revealed the OnePlus strap with a rectangular display and a rubber wristwatch.
OnePlus produces phones, headsets, and televisions for specific markets. However, the company confirmed that it wanted to introduce new product categories when it launched the OnePlus 8T last year.
CEO Pete Lau confirmed that the company also plans to launch a smartwatch earlier this year.
OnePlus sells phones all over the world, but the excitement in fitness trackers comes from the Indian company's Twitter account, indicating that the OnePlus band may be focusing on the Indian market for the time being.

OnePlus 9 is expected to be available in the second half of the first quarter. However, this preview shows that the fitness tracker will be running ahead of the next flagship smartphone.
