Twitter allows Tweets on Snapchat |
Twitter launched a new feature for its mobile app on Thursday that allows users to post tweets directly to Snapchat's messaging app, Snapchat, to attract more users by improving the publishing capabilities of the various apps. .
Twitter said: Users of its iOS app can now tweet their Snapchat story or send it as a single message by clicking the post icon. The feature is planned to be available to Android app users soon.
If users want to post a Tweet on Snapchat, they can click the Share in Public Tweets button, as private Tweets do not support this feature, and then click the Snapchat button in the Mail section. These Tweets are posted as stickers on Snapchat.
Twitter added that it would begin testing a similar feature that would allow a small group of app users on the (iOS) system to post tweets to stories on Facebook's photo and video sharing service. .
Twitter announced the launch of the (temporary tweets) feature in mid-November. The feature will be discontinued after a while to compete with the popular stories in most messaging and social media apps.
In March of last year, the US tech giant began testing its new feature - Fleets - which stands for short-lived. Today announced that it will be open to all users.
Similar to the story function in other apps, temporary Tweets disappear after 24 hours. Twitter said: Temporary Tweets are designed to alleviate the fears of new users who do not like the generality and persistence of regular Tweets.
