Perfect brewing actually begins with grinding the coffee, but it requires a proper grinder so that the coffee beans can fully develop their flavor. The OXO On Conical Burr intelligent integrated coffee grinder scale can precisely measure coffee as it grinds. You can choose from 3 grinding modes: cup setting at a pre-set ratio of 8 grams per cup, gram mode to grind the required number of grams with precision or manual mode for grinding over time. The high speed DC motor and high torque of the mill prevents the grain from overheating during the grinding process. Conical blade can be milled evenly and evenly for better odor extraction. The scale is easy to empty for an accurate reading or when you want to use a different bowl for grinding. This is how it is done:
Press and hold the OXO button until the ring around the button flashes and the menu mode (hold) is displayed. The button indicator will turn red and the screen will count down for three seconds. Hold the button until it reaches "0". That is, you are ready

- The scale built into this OXO Tapered Burr Mill measures soil by weight rather than time, so there is no need for a separate scale. The automatic shut-off function ensures that you can accurately measure the amount of ground coffee every time

- If the funnel is empty and the voltage is 120V / 60Hz, you cannot grind with the grain detector
- The funnel contains 16 ounces of coffee beans and has a "hole" that can be attached to the funnel when removed. The coffee container contains 125 grams - enough for 12 cups of ground coffee
