Like a traditional cold press coffee machine, this automatic cold press machine soaks ground coffee in cold water and never exposes it to high temperatures to release acid fats. Thanks to the unique spin technology, the coffee can flow through the water and fully extract the flavor in a fraction of the time that the manual brewing process takes. The cold brewing process uses cold water or room temperature water to extract the aroma of coffee and create a strong cup of coffee that can be enjoyed cold or hot. Brewing at a lower temperature (rather than heating) reduces the flavor, which reduces the acidity and balance of the coffee.

Cold infusion
Put the coffee powder in the filter basket and pour cold water or room temperature water into the water tank. We recommend using one-half tablespoon of medium to coarse ground coffee for every cup of water.
Start fermenting
Select the desired coffee strength and press the brew button to start the brewing cycle. The mesh filter rotates slowly and stops throughout the brewing cycle.
After fermentation
When fermentation is complete, move the joystick to the release position so that the final cold preparation flows into the beaker. Enjoy!
