ZTE pose a threat to the national security of the United States

Federal Communications Commission said: It rejected the petition from the Chinese company ZTE, which forces the agency to reconsider its decision to classify the Chinese company as a threat to the national security of the US telecom network.

In June, the Federal Communications Commission announced that it had officially identified ZTE and Huawei as threats. The announcement prevented US companies from using $ 8.3 billion in public funds to purchase equipment from the two companies.

The FCC announced last week that it will extend the deadline for responding to Huawei's petition to December 11 in order to fully and completely reflect this formidable record.

In May 2019, President Trump signed an executive order prohibiting US companies from using communications devices manufactured by companies that pose a national security risk, and the government blacklisted Huawei.

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is expected to vote on the rules on December 10 to help telecommunications companies remove corporate network devices and replace them with security threats.

FCC Chairman Ajit Bai said last week that the commission would consider two unspecified national security issues at the commission meeting on Dec.10.

The Federal Communications Commission announced in April that it was suspending the US operations of three state-controlled Chinese telecom companies: China Telecom, China Unicom and Pacific Networks and its subsidiary, Comment.

These licenses have a history of nearly 20 years and enable Chinese telecom companies to provide calling services for phone calls between the United States and other countries.

The Federal Communications Commission announced last week that it was reintroducing China Telecom's dedicated ISPC codes, and stated that it had identified all three codes as codes that were no longer in use.

Last month, the Federal Communications Commission asked the Department of Justice to treat US China Unicom operations as a security risk.

The United States Federal Communications Commission voted unanimously in May 2019 on the right of the state-owned China Mobile to provide US services, citing concerns that China may use its consent to spy with the US government.
