Apple has already started shipping two iPhone 12 prototypes. Of course, iFixit employees are busy taking them apart. At the time of writing, the breakdown breakdown was incomplete, but they have revealed enough detail to fully understand what's underneath these screens.

The internal content of iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro is surprisingly similar. According to iFixit, the cheaper models have plastic dividers on which the Pro places the telephoto lens and LiDAR sensor.

The two phones also have the same 10.78Wh battery, which is slightly smaller than the 11.91W and 11.67W iFixit batteries that were reported on the iPhone 11 and 11 Pro last year. Someone pointed out that the iPhone 12's battery life is not quite the same as its predecessor.

Teardown also noted that unlocked sidelights are different this year and have more of a logic. This may be due to the addition of 5G technology which can squeeze battery size.

IFixit has already played a video on the new iPhone 12. If we find more interesting details in the hardware, we will update this article to let you know.

It's worth noting that Apple gives you several options when setting up its premium phones, starting with setting the phone as new without transferring settings, messages, apps, or accounts - or backing up iCloud again here.

The latest report by trusted analyst Ming-Chi Kuo says the strong demand for the new iPhone 12 Pro in the Chinese market is helping Apple push sales of new smartphone models to higher than expected levels. Kuo estimated in a report released on Monday that China would account for 35% to 45% of global demand for the iPhone 12 Pro. In his first sales weekend, consumers around the world received between 7 and 9 million first-time orders for the iPhone 12 and Pro.
