Galaxy S21 phones may have larger camera bumps |
The first computer-generated images appeared for the Samsung Galaxy S21 and S21 Ultra devices, giving us a glimpse of the improvements to the current design of the Galaxy S20 series.
Leaked popular photo by Steve Hemmerstoffer (called OnLeaks on Twitter) has posted computer-generated images that show the possible design of the S21 or Galaxy S30 under Samsung's new naming convention.
Given Hammerstover's track record and Samsung's usual major release cycle of launching the S series in the first quarter and the Note series in the third quarter of every year, these images should be reasonably accurate.
Design-wise, the S21 is familiar from the front, as the 6.2-inch flat screen has an Infinity-O slot and is undoubtedly a built-in front camera.
The design of the back of the phone with a triple camera appears to be different. You can see the camera bump extending over the edge of the frame and an integrated LED flash on the back. This is the last time you saw the Galaxy Note 10 series.
It's not yet clear what the lens is: the main 108-megapixel lens may appear on the S20 and Note 20 series, and there might be an ultra-wide-angle lens and a telephoto zoom lens.
Hammerstover also shared the dimensions of 151.7 x 71.2 x 7.9 mm (with a 9.0 mm camera bump) for the upcoming phone, but it did not share any other specifications with the image.
There are rumors that the chipset (Exynos 1080) may be integrated into the (Galaxy S21), but rumors indicate that the chipset is mid-range and incompatible with the flagship series (S21). .
Also, the popular leaks published computer-generated images of the proposed (S21 Ultra) or (S30 Ultra) mobile phones.
There are some clear differences in the design of the high-end smartphones, including the curved screens that are said to range between 6.7 inches and 6.9 inches.
The phone is said to be 165.1 x 75.6 x 8.9 mm, and on the back there is a camera unit that is somewhat similar to the current camera (Galaxy S20 Ultra).
(S21 Ultra) has four sensors and flash (LED) located inside the rear of the camera and not in the phone case.
There are many rumors and calls to merge the S-series and Note, but the computer-generated image of the next mobile phone does not feature the S-pen hole.
It is expected that the next series (Galaxy S) will include three phones: the regular version, the (Plus) edition, and the (Ultra) edition, although the name may change.
In addition, these devices are expected to launch earlier than the usual release window and the possibility of launch has been mentioned as early as January 2021.
