LG announces LG K42 and LG K71 |
Today (Monday) LG announced that its (LG K42) LG K42 and (LG K71) LG K71 smartphones belong to the mid-range K series.
The South Korean company plans to launch the two phones in several Latin American markets soon, including Guatemala, Nicaragua, Panama, Ecuador, Honduras, El Salvador and Costa Rica.
What the K42 and K71 have in common is that they not only have a 4000mAh battery and an LG UX based on Android 10 OS, but also a MediaTek processor.
The K42 offers a 6.6-inch HD + screen and an 8-megapixel front camera. There are four cameras on the back of the phone, the main camera is 13 megapixels, the second resolution for ultra-wide angle shots is 5 megapixels, and the third resolution is 2 megapixels. The fourth resolution for recording depth is 2 megapixels.
The back of the phone also features a wave pattern, which has a "UV Coating" function that can increase its stability and durability. In addition to the power button and the power button on the right, the power button also has a fingerprint sensor and on the left is the Google Assistant button.
The K42 has a MediaTek Helio P22 processor, 3 GB of working memory (RAM) and 64 GB of internal storage and can be expanded via an external microSD memory card.
The phone has a headphone jack, DTS: X 3D audio technology and MIL-STD-810G shock resistance. The K42 is available in gray and green, and LG has not provided any information on the price or date of listing.
The K71 mobile phone offers a 6.8-inch screen with a resolution of 2460 x 1080 pixels and a front camera of 32 MP. There are three rear cameras on the back of the phone. The main resolution is 48MP, the second resolution is 5MP, and the third resolution for the recording depth is the same.
The phone has a built-in stylus. It has a MediaTek Helio P35 processor, 4GB RAM and 128GB internal storage and can be expanded via an external microSD memory card.
The K71 phones are available in gray and white. LG has not provided any information on pricing or release dates.
