Nissan unveils Ariya electric car |
Ten years after the launch of the integrated bumper for electric cars, Nissan officially launched the new Ariya SUV.
Ariya promised to improve the electric car market through an attractive electric intersection. Crossover provides a range of 300 miles per charge. The base model starts from $ 40,000 and will be sold in 2021.
The Aria is Nissan's first fully electric coupe (crossover) with front and rear traction settings, and it offers two different battery sizes: 63 kWh and 87 kWh.
Due to the relatively small size (ariya) - about 4 inches less than the Tesla Y model - the larger version of the battery is likely to reach 300 miles.
The company expects annual sales of electric vehicle models to reach more than one million units by the end of fiscal 2023, and Aria is expected to play an important role in achieving this goal.
According to a company spokesperson, Nissan Aria will start selling in Japan in mid-2021, and the new Nissan electric cars will arrive in the United States a year later.
The company declined to comment on targeted sales in the U.S., but confirmed Aria's sale in all fifty states.
Nissan finally managed to switch from the bucket air cooling system to the liquid cooling system, and Makoto Fukada, the leading product expert in Aria, suggested shortening the time to move the earth.
"Including charging time, we can travel 800 kilometers in 8 hours," Fukada said. "This is the performance we are looking for when developing this new electric platform."
The car also has an electronic pedal system (electronic pedal) and supports the driver with the help of the new generation advanced system (ProPILOT Assist 2.0).
Nissan promised that Aria will have plenty of legroom, and interaction between front and rear passenger seats is also easy.
The company describes the cabin as quiet and allows passengers to relax and enjoy a comfortable space similar to a luxurious lounge.
Directors confirmed that a comfortable and well-ventilated cabin for the system (ProPILOT Assist 2.0) can be used
